What a mistake we made by using the company! Brittiny Batz the realtor we used was useless! We were by from out of state and we needed a realtor that would be our eyes, watch out for us , that didn’t happen we purchased a house that is a total mess, things wrong that if you knew what you were doing one would know it needs to be fix. We were never told the whole story about this house. Brittiny just took her money and ran. Please don’t use her , she does not look out for her clients. We will never use her again.
Do not leave a credit card on file to these people, They charged my credit card on file without previous consent. Then when I did a bank dispute, supposedly terminated me for not payment. Just be careful, not trusted
