When I arrived, I was cordially greeted by the guard at the gate and directed to the Anchor room and told where I could park. The grounds are well taken care of. The room was well decorated. The food was great and the service was excellent. I would rate it five stars but I don't live there so I don't have that perspective. All in all it was a great time.
When your children inherit your property they will be expected to pay the monthly fees while their lame real estate trys to sell the property. After 4 years ours was foreclosed on and we lost all the money our mother and myself and my sister invested in my mother's 2 bedroom apartment. This has caused years of anguish for my sister and myself. These properties are a poor investment, my advise is rent.
