Waited 9 1/2 hours for arrival which was scheduled a week in advance. Technician lifted lid, said level is good, recommended installing a filter. (approx. 10 min.) Got a bill for $120.00 for inspection of tank and cleaning the filter which I don't have...draw your own conclusion.
