The facility and staff were great, very friendly. The price kept increasing and the recent jump of $69+ a month was too much.
Always very helpful on the phone. Franciska is ALWAYS friendly, willing to answer questions and just has great customer service skills which is rare nowadays. Thank you!
Had to leave due to increasing unit price. Same size unit at another storage facility I’m literally paying $100 less a month. Facility was clean just priced too high.
