I am paying over $200 a month for my small storage unit. I have tried and tried to lock the door but was unable to so for a couple of months it was unlocked. I went back today to try again and was still unable to do it, and the lights are burned out in the hall for about eight units. This is absolutely unacceptable! I don’t know why they don’t fix it the kind man who works at the front desk knew the secret to locking the door, but there’s no way I could have known how to do it. Please fix your stuff Atlantic storage.

I would have given a higher star rating but you didn't have any more stars. The couple who looks after the storage center are fantastic people. They were extremely helpful while we were packing up to move. They are great couple and in my opinion, they deserve a raise. They are always showing each person the respect they've served. I could only hope that should need to store any goods that the one I deal with would come to 50% of this couples courtesy and respect. They are absolutely great.

I'll start by saying the couple that runs the office is fantastic and more than helpful. From there it is all downhill. Atlantic Self Storage rates are consistently higher than other storage facilities and their rates climb quickly. Additionally, they continuously have rate increases that are substantial. They get you in the door at a low rate and then go up every few months. My last two monthly increases were $100 each. Moved out to a nicer facility that is also less expensive.
