The buildings and grounds are always tidy, highly accessible hours, and kind and helpful staff. I highly recommend Atlantic Storage.
My experience is like the other 1 star reviews. Very nice facility, great people, and service. But they gouge you on price increases. My rate on a large unit has gone up 60% in three years. We've been clearing things out and I'm looking forward to downsizing at a different location. I see comparing rates between the three sites close to me that this location is almost twice as expensive for a 10x10 unit.
Heather made the rental process super easy! She called me to introduce herself when I reserved my unit and gave me clear instructions on next steps. She was more than welcoming when I came in to get a look at my unit, get my lock etc and she walked me to my unit and gave me a little tour. I fully recommend Atlantic self storage. Perfect location if you’re in twenty mile Nocatee too!
