They doubled the rent on my 5x10 storage unit in 1 year. Overall, the building is decent and the people that work there are nice. I often noticed dead bugs around the building and the humidity inside is not as controlled even though it is air conditioned. My problem comes in with the rent. When I first signed up with them, my rent was $65. In 6 months, they raised it to $80 and in another 6 months, they raised it to $125 for a 5x10. The facility was clean and easy to access. The employees were very nice. My only negative comment is the price increased while I was there in a short period of time.
Very professional and very clean place. The 24hr access is great to have unlike some places that want to charge more or even for holidays
Clean, accessable, random price hikes (not economically based; they don't currently have enough tenants so they overcharge the ones who can't leave yet - extremely predatory), whatever price they advertise will go up when they slap on renters insurance (can't opt out). You can probably get a better price and the same experience elsewhere; shop around.
I had a great experience with Atlantic Storage. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. The entire rental process was smooth from start to finish. A special thanks to Rachel Lee for her outstanding customer service. She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and made everything quick and hassle-free. She answered all my questions and made sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend Atlantic Storage to anyone looking for a clean, secure, and professionally managed storage facility.
