Joaquin (sorry if that’s not the spelling) is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. There was also another woman in the office that was just as friendly. Moving isn’t fun, but the office interactions were fun and the move in process for the unit was a breeze.

I highly recommend this storage facility, as it is very well maintained and kept clean. It is clear that the staff regularly makes their rounds to ensure everything is in order. In addition to the facility being well kept, the representatives are fantastic! Joaquin, Lisa, and Chrystal are personable, knowledgeable, and always very helpful. At times, I stop in the office just to say hello. It is refreshing to experience and interact with this professional team! Many thanks.
