I called into the Office with a billing issue. During the discussion with Lisa over the billing issue, I felt as though I was billed for the incorrect number unit . I came down to the store positive I was correct. I was not. Lisa and Joaquin helped me work through this issue with smiles and professionalism.
I recommend this self storage. Good management. Reasonable pricing.
