The service went from decent to horrible. I was inconvenienced several times in one day. Then after signing the release form for moving was billed for another month. I would never recommend this location!
I have had a great positive experience with the manager Wendy. I have referred multiple people to her for storage units. She has always been very kind and helpful. Customer service is a 10!!

This review is overdue. I had a climate control storage unit here for a couple years from stuff from one of our rentals. The unit we had was in a gated area and served everything we needed it to do. We didn’t have any issues with pests or theft or anything like that. It was a large unit and the price was fair. The issue was in the un gated area prior to the gated area that you have to go through to get to your storage area.
