So I visit my storage unit today and not only is it too hot to even go through my stuff to determine what I need for my yard sale, I confirm that my payment went through with the new girl and she confirmed it and when I was about to leave, she said wait a minute I need a copy of your ID. Why do they need a copy of my ID if they didn’t need a copy of it to rent a storage unit from me? And I’m pretty sure that I was asked for my ID when I signed up so they should already have a copy on file, so why isn’t it in the file? So do ... read more

Made my move super easy and they are also friendly staff.
I had a real good experience. Nicole W showed me a few good units. She was pleasant and professional and preferred to most. 3 Ps. I recommend going to this location and Nicole is there a lot let her help you rent a storage room..
Staff is very Nice and Helpful. The facility Is clean and temperature controlled. Highly recommend. .
