The Staff, Serenity and Rey, were absolutely amazing people! I am so glad they were there to help! They are great at their jobs and so great with the customers! They know the answers to every question I had and went above and beyond to assist each customer. They are friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I would not go anywhere else but to their facility! They are both so pleasant and helpful! I will be recommending this storage facility to everyone I can! Thank you for such a great experience!
The staff and site was always top notch. The facility was always clean and the staff was very helpful for any questions I had.
After moving my trailer from storage, I experienced an issue and contacted the facility to explain the situation. They were understanding and allowed me to bring the trailer back for the remainder of the month until repairs could be completed. What impressed me most was their responsiveness. It didn’t take days for them to get back to me—they followed up in less than an hour.
