If you want a RELIABLE AND HONEST company keep looking. I met with Bob, and we walked around my townhome; he showed me all the areas that needed to be fixed. He also saw a falling mansard tile and was sure that was an entrance for rodents. I was going to hire him to make the recommendations he gave. Flash-forward after speaking to a board member, his story changes….and he doesn’t return phone calls. Three, to be exact. I could go on and on, but just be warned, he doesn’t stand by his word, and it can easily be changed.
