Great Company! Class Act! Just had our roof and siding replaced by Atlantic and we couldn't be happier! Our project manager walked us through the entire process, and our salesperson, Don, was a delight! Our house looks great, and our neighbor is about to get her windows and roof done by Atlantic. Keep up the good work fellas!
Avoid Or Beware! These folks charged $15,000 for a $6,500 roofing & gutter job. Their sales guy is slick . After the work was completed we realized the gutter guard was not installed on the rear of the house - only on the front. When we contacted them they said that only the front was included in the contract. $15,000 and it DOESN'T include gutter guard on front AND back gutters? Avoid avoid avoid All I can say is avoid this company. You'll be "absolutely pleased" with the company if you have no idea how much remodeling jobs should cost -- do your own research. Our roof pricing started out at around $15k for 2,000 square feet, eventually they came down to where the price should be -- about $6k. Beware of their little zingers. One is they want you to sign a waiver so you cannot get out of a contract in three days (this is a law in MD designed to protect the consumer) and the other is this little claus... read more
Avoid Atlantic Remodeling This company is awful. I got taken in by the lies of one of their salesmen, Dino. Myself and my wife ended up paying $15,000 for a roof which it turned out should only have cost $7,000. I could write a long rant about how much I despise this company, but I'll spare you. Just know that their salesmen lie and their tradesmen's work is not of the quality promised.
Atlantic Remodeling gets my vote! I am pleased to write a letter of recommendation for the Atlantic Remodeling Corporation and Carl Bennett. Carl responded very quickly to my request for an estimate on a roofing job. I let Carl know that I had previously obtained a few estimates from other companies. Atlantic Remodeling is First Rate Without putting anyone to sleep, Atlantic Remodeling did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. That's very rare these days. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The team was punctual and left my home clean. Best of all, my roof looks great...and doesn't leak anymore!
