We moved from Colorado to Europe- Atlantic personnel couldn’t have been more professional or caring… from the crew who consciously wrapped all of our bits and bobs to the warehouse staff. EVERYTHING arrived in perfect condition despite the sea voyage. I can’t say enough good things about this company. We were prepared for some damage and delays but everything went brilliantly-
Quite vague and deliberate procedure: they came, packed/loaded all, Bills of Lading were never given. Once at destination, BLs were never delivered. After my explicit request it was sent by fax, so that the signatures fields are almost unreadable. After second request for scanned copies it occurred my signatures were forged (in the column "Customer Signature").
