I thank y’all have no concerns for other people’s property. I hope all people see this. I have called sent email. I have to pay to fix. Your mess you need to hire drivers that can access the situation. Before they drive. I am sure y’all made money off the neighbors. And you costing me plenty also. So thank y’all.

My father has mental issues and we’re trying to gain possession of his belongings from his former boss JIMMY WINTERS who Atlantic hires on the side and neither the company nor jimmy will comply. I’ll be obtaining a warrant and filing charges as well as this is considered theft at this point. Also still waiting on the general manager to call me back but obviously that won’t happen.

If I could pick fewer than 1 star, I would. My move with Atlantic Relocation was traumatic. Move was in late June. I'm still awaiting resolution on lost items, broken items and repayment for an unpack that never occurred. Do not hire this company.

Worst company EVER!!!!!!!! We had no idea we had Dumb and Dumber moving us. They broke my $3500 Amish made desk, almost every piece of furniture they moved has some sort of damage to it. They gouged, scratched, and marred EVERY wall they came in contact with in our brand new home. They were cussing and fighting amongst themselves while trying to move pieces in. I am nearly beyond words at this point. My load has been stranded in Dallas with Atlantic for the past week, while we are living in a new city with an infant and none of our belongings. After calling Atlantic every day for a week to try to get updates, I had to call Atlas's corporate logistics office to find out that our load wouldn't even be picked up until after the delivery window that we had signed for. Our refrigerators arrived with mold in them! Even though we had paid for appliance servicing (including appliance disconnect) as well as Full Replace Value coverage, Atlantic Relocation System/Atlas refused to cover anything under the coverage. They only offered a "customer service" amount (in lieu of nothing) that didn't even cover 1/3 the cost of even one of the refrigerators. We feel we were bullied into accepting the meager offer for fear of receiving nothing.
