Mr David Tanner was awesome!
This company comes in, cuts down trees on bordering property, pays a small fine, and then breaks every code violation there is. Working past 7pm, working on Sundays, littering, dirt and rock all over the road. I called and they said that they don’t care. So wrong.
Security deposit was supposed to be provided back to me in full within 30 days after move out. It has now been 70+ days and I have proof that I am owed the full amount. If I do not receive this back by Friday I will be starting the legal process for this.
2/9/2025 If you value your health and life, do not move to an Atlantic Residential community. Due to my health condition, my doctor advised me to live in an environmentally safe living space over a year ago. I went to great lengths to find a safe apartment and moved to the new construction property, The Flats at Westshore (now Bexley Westshore) in Cumming, Georgia approximately 11 months ago, right before the property was sold and placed under new management. Currently live at Bexley Chamblee which used to be Lumen Chamblee, been here a month & the lack of sound proofing &/or insulation between units is ridiculously horrible. The walls are so thin I can hear someone cough from the hallway in my living room. There's constant banging from upstairs & the hallway especially because I'm by the parking garage exit door.
