i am only leaving a 5 star google review for Francisco. He has done a wonderful job to reach back out to me and address my concerns in a timely manner. I cannot say the same for the legal dept. We ran into multiple issues in the apt, and we tried reaching out for over a month after we moved in. Francisco was the only person who answered, and actually acknowledged my concerns and was kind enough to work with us. I cannot thank him enough and his wonderful customer service. He is a true asset for Atlantic Realty
The Legal Department (Stephane Kinsella) were extremely unhelpful as I am a victim of domestic violence as well as my daughter and they aided the defendant solely because he was the leaseholder which resulted in him stealing high price items belonging to me from the property and they let me know as well as the legal representation that they could not do anything to help.
