Slumlords for sure I live in a neighborhood that this management slumlord company owns and it's awful looking on the outside over grown grass etc they do not take care of their properties. They get violated all the time from the city of high point. I wish they would sell that property cause ever since they bought the property or someone letting them manage it it's the worst looking property in the neighborhood

While some 'insider' K review claims there is always another side to the story, here is the factual reality of my experience after being a loyal tenant here for 4 years. This owner of this place is mean & rude i called because i am renting from there to fix the hole in the wall that the mouse eating up !! He told me get out of his building because I had a complaint about my concern & im pregnant with kids in the home ‼️‼️ you should not to talk ppl any kind of way ‼️ I pray he he has a better mode

Atlantic has been in business for OVER 100 YEARS! There aren’t many companies in the entire US who can say that and one doesn’t accomplish that kind of longevity without doing some things right. So, if you are seeing negative reviews here you really have to take them with a grain of salt. Reviews are one-sided and there’s ALWAYS a back story, which the readers of the reviews never learn about.
