Slumlords. Awful, awful, awful. Please for the love of GOD so not rent from them unless it is your last resort. I have lived in 2 units and seen multiple others they have. The houses and apartments are barely standing. Most of the a/c and or heaters are ancient and barely functioning, every single unit they own or lease out are filled to the brim with roaches and they know it.
