Craig was unable to collect the last months rent from my tenant, and also unable to collect repair fees. I was told in writing that I would be sent their security deposit for what is owed to me and to go after the tenant for the rest, however Craig a month later still has not sent me the security deposit after giving multiple excuses (blaming on bank, etc) and now will not return any phone calls or messages. Please do not use Craig.
