I chose Atlantic Pumping after word-of-mouth recommendation and I’m so glad I did. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve spoken to the office staff multiple times and they are always very helpful. One of the service providers, John, was also very kind and went above and beyond. I will gladly use their services again.
I had Atlantic Pumping come out 15 months ago to pump my septic system. The guy came out and what I thought, pumped the septic. He told me when he was finished and I gave him a check. (There's a certain amount of trust that should be expected with company's when they provide a service for you.) Than 2 days ago one of my toilets made a gargling sound so I opened the septic lid and it was completely full. There is only three of us living in the house. We’ve used this company for years but are considering switching because the toilet paper they’re now using is so thin you can’t even pull it off the roll without each sheet tearing. I had no idea toilet paper could be so thin! It was not nearly as bad in previous years. Totally unacceptable to have to bring our own toilet paper.
They were quick on coming out and getting the job done. Guy that did it seemed to have a little bit of an attitude when he got there. I had asked for later in the day but instead they came out between 8 and 830. Had left my phone at home that day by accident and when I was about to call them to tell them that they were already out at the house.
