I should have read the other reviews prior to scheduling. Doctor was great. Staff not so much.
Dr loftus is great but the front staff is horrible. No one answers the phone and that’s even pressing the prompt to make an appointment. When you leave a message no one calls you back. I called for a month & right before I was just going to show up at the office I called & someone finally answered the phone. Again this is horrible look for a critical care office!!!
Messed up scheduling then wouldnt give me a card
Dr. Loftus is a 10/10. I love being treated by her and I feel very comfortable seeing her. Management is a tremendous problem!!! They are constantly overbooking their doctors, creating a domino effect in wait times. Every time I'm there for an annual check up, I have to wait nearly two hours just to sit with Dr. Loftus for maybe 15 minutes if I'm lucky. Stop running your doctors ragged!
See Dr Loftus. She’s fun, brilliant and a phenomenal diagnostician. She could be Dr House Loftus. Dr Loftus does not leave one stone unturned. She also confers with collegues on unusual cases. Above all, she. Knows how to treat people. You don’t always get that w drs anymore.
