If I could give less I would, strung me along for months,canceling appointments, then when they must have forgotten to call and cancel was told after I had checked in and sat for 45 min, that suddenly the 6 calls texts and emails about my appointment actually meant nothing, the doctor would see me. MAYBE someone at their office could see me but they would have to call me later. I was a patient here while going to college. They had put me on antipsychotics that made me mess up my classes. I am currently trying to go back to school and the office refuses to give me a note for when I was a patient there, unless I go back and get put back on drugs. It's pretty messed up almost like medical blackmail. I will be requesting my records and not ever going back.

Just called Palm Bay office and the receptionist was so short & rude. I then had to call Rockledge 10 times as the phone is always busy. I asked if they are excepting new patients and she said "No!" and hung up on me. Seriously? This is how you treat potential psychiatric patients? Won't be going here!!
