Dr Brown has been the best and fair doc I've had in a long time and I am 60
Ruth is always extremely nasty on the phone, otherwise the Drs are great
I would not recommend Dr. Nikolaev to other patients. She on many occasions was rude during appointments, was unable to recall the medicine that she prescribed me, or the different medications we have tried in the past. She frequently was dismissive of issues, and despite taking notes on questions, would repeat them multiple times in sessions. I would recommend another doctor or facility if you’d like to feel taken care of.
Dr. Armando Gutierrez and office crew are great !!!
If I could give less I would, strung me along for months,canceling appointments, then when they must have forgotten to call and cancel was told after I had checked in and sat for 45 min, that suddenly the 6 calls texts and emails about my appointment actually meant nothing, the doctor would see me. MAYBE someone at their office could see me but they would have to call me later.
