Very Poor Customer Service!! Starfrit said that I informed them of my preference for the replacement product AFTER receiving the one they sent me. I did not have a complaint in the beginning because I trusted that I would get another frying pan similar to what I had before that warped under warranty not a One Pot with high deep sides that is not a frying pan.
