Called for an appointment and gave the receptionist a full description of my son's history with inflammation and pain and asked for a therapist who would be knowledgeable with his condition. She assured me that the information would be reviewed and he would receive the correct care. At our visit the therapist opened a chart she had never looked at, read the information I had given as if she was providing me the information and said it didn't matter what his condition was because he just needed to be loosened. I was training for a marathon and hurt my knee this spring. I did a weekly visit there for a few months to recover and ended up completing a marathon by the end of the fall well under my goal team with no knee pain. The whole staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Highly recommend.
