The owner "Mike" is totally unprofessional. We've been customers for 11 years and he treated us like we were criminals - because we attempted to pay by credit card instead of a check. I tried to reason with him and he just continued on with his accusatory tirade over the phone with me. When the contract is up with them, we'll be using another pest control service.
I am a very satisfied customer of Atlanta Pest Control. They are extremely responsive and the customer service is great. The gentleman who comes to my house every year to spray is very courteous and kind. I love the deal that you can get your house sprayed once a year for \$199--and it works!
