Bought a pearl bracelet that I loved. Had it two days and one of the pearls came off of the end of it. I contacted AP and asked for another one. They immediately responded via email reassuring me that they would send me a return label. I waited over 2 weeks before I contacted them again, it took them another week to return my email. I finally got the label in September and sent the damaged bracelet back (their return address is to an apartment in South Florida, sounds very legit.....NOT!)). Great collection of beautiful jewelry! Personally bought for my mother and sister and they absolutely loved it. Definitely a returning customer in the future!
