Bought a pearl bracelet that I loved. Had it two days and one of the pearls came off of the end of it. I contacted AP and asked for another one. They immediately responded via email reassuring me that they would send me a return label. I waited over 2 weeks before I contacted them again, it took them another week to return my email. I finally got the label in September and sent the damaged bracelet back (their return address is to an apartment in South Florida, sounds very legit.....NOT!)).
