I ve been living here for only 5 months & it s been one of the worse experiences. Property manager is unprofessional. They are slow in making repairs. I ve had Mold in my apt all over my furniture for 2 months. Told they won t replace anything because it was like that when we moved there. Love playing the Blame game. Definately not about the tenet. Wouldn t recommend to anybody. In the process of sueing for all the property that was destroyed due to the mold

Well where do I began I Lived at atlantic palms for three years since the beginning in the year 2006 to the end of Nov 2009. First I agree with the other reviews they dnt like fixing things on time every other day u are receives notices about nonsense and the pool is on a tight schedule how wld the kids every have fun time. Do not rent at this apartment. The Office people never fixs any thing they send out notice for crazy things. and they lie at ADs they put out. This place is not run at a professonial level. you will not feel like home here. Please listen to each review. The Apt are nice(some) but the service isnt.

Had the same problem leasing manager is very disrespectful. She wont return calls and does what she wants to.

As a ex tenant for two years at this rental facility the service is very poor, the office staff is notprofessional and they up your rent during your lease and when you renew your lease. When i moved into the apartment it was brnd new and had water damaged that was never fixed. Do a domestic problem my air conditioner was shot at and was not replaced for two months.
