Edit: after I posted this review, the new office manager got in touch with me. It sounds like they are working to fix the very broken communication systems. Dr. Ellis than called me with extensive recommendations, making it clear that she herself is very thorough and smart. Loved meeting Dr Ellis. Then she completely ghosted me. I rarely leave reviews but have been really disappointed by my experience here. I saw a doctor for a sprained ankle. I arrived on time and waited 20 minutes to be seen, then another 20 in the room while the doctor and staff were chatting outside my room. When the doctor finally saw me, she didn’t even ask me to take off my shoes, inspect my foot, or ask me about the inciting incident. Just told me to get an MRI and call back when I had. Good luck communicating with these people. I must have tried calling a dozen times over the course of several days before I just left a voicemail. When they finally returned my call I told them I needed 15 mins to get my insurance card, and they said no problem, we'll pick up when you call back. They didn't. Left another voice mail. They never bothered returning my call on that one. Left a second voicemail. Scheduled an appointment.
