Doctors are great. The center for scheduling can be messy, don't always return your calls, so I recommend calling the clinic directly for appointments.

I arrived to my scheduled follow up appointment. Signed in and waited for 45 minutes until receptionist decided to tell me my doctor isn't here today. They scheduled my appointment to a different location without telling me.
