Dr. Ponton is a very knowledgeable on his field of expertise. He explain the reason for my numbness in my right arm and gave the solution to the problem. I will be coming back to his office for my operation to solve the numbness problem.
During several office visits, Dr. Ponton was accessible, explained the diagnosis and procedures, and answered all my questions. Office staff was professional & efficient. During two appointments, I was in the exam room before my scheduled time.
Saw PA Patrick and he was thorough in our discussion as well as taking the time to explain in detail. Would love to meet with him again.
