Scheduled a worker's comp appointment with Olivia because she stated it was acceptable. Informed my supervisor. Received a called the next day that they don't accept worker's comp. Horrible communication. Definitely don't recommend.
Called for appointment this morning as I broke my little toe. The receptionist was very rude, kept sighing, and said they didnt have any openings until may 9th. Ok , I understood... but then went on to raise her voice with me saying they only had 2 dr. I said is there anyone I could get sooner, as I had went to Patient first, she said No!!! So I had a customer ask for me to help her carry something... well big mistake!!! I ended up with popping my knee cap! Yeah really! So thank goodness for workmen’s Comp, I got sent here. After going through x-rays and a MRI. The Nurse, The DR. To be as well as the DR! Himself were extremely friendly, helpful, and especially knowledgeable! (So glad my insurance peeps sent me here!) I ended up not having to have surgery! Praise whoever you praise! After my follow up I ended up needing to have physical therapy. Which they also ... read more
