Physician is dismissive and unprofessional. Did not arrive until 15 minutes after scheduled appointment. Would not recommend Mrugendra Patel to anyone, for anything.
Dr. Patel sucks. I have no reflexes, a lot of different other problems as well as my nervous system. All the foreigner did was hose my insurance company and some out my pocket. I don't know what his deal or degree came from ...oh yeah he got a free grant to go to school in the United States. So he and his practice will be reported.
Dr. Patel and staff are amazing and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I had zero issues with my actual doctor, Dr. Patel. He has always been very friendly and explained everything very well WITH diagrams. However, the staff is awful. When you call they act like they have better things to do and rush you off of the phone. Every single time. They are all unpleasant. I was out of a medication and the bottle strictly states "do not miss a day and do not stop on your own." Knowing I had a daily medication that I could NOT miss, they still wouldn't get me an appointment for 5 more days and I had NO ... read more
Needed to have a test done, did not want to use insurance. The staff could not tell me how much the test was. How do you run a business and not be able to tell a customer what is the cost?
