Atlantic diner is disgusting. Charlie the "manager" and Crystal the waitress are totally incompetent. I ordered through uber eats. As soon as I placed my order I called the restaurant. I spoke with a woman who I identified myself to and she went over my order with me. Order arrived incomplete still plus there was a hair in my food. Called the restaurant and they acted completely uninterested. Straight to my bank to dispute the charges you won't get paid to serve me an incomplete order with hair in it and no resolve. RecommendedMy family and I have been going to Atlantic diner religiously for the past 14 years.(2-3 times a week) We are currently quarantined but cannot wait to be back. We miss the food and the wonderful staff. Highly recommend this place. Great food and great service!
I usually go there for ya cheesecakes, the ladies by are wonderful as always great customer service, BUT I will add.. The Owner works the cash register for every night shift and when a friend and my self goes. We feel so much racism coming from him... it is very sad, we just go there to get cheesesCake, He is extremely rude as well. We defiantly won’t be going back they’r.. I know I can’t be the only one.
