No wait time...very polite and knowledgeable staff....tech super compassionate
First, the front desk staff was pleasant. However, I want to express how frustrating it is to be instructed several times via emails and text messages to arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time despite having completed all paperwork online. Arrived at 7:30am, appointment time 8:00am, did not get called back until 8:20am for the procedure. I could have arrived at my appointment time with a 20 minute wait. Make this make sense. Nice office and radiology tech was super sweet. Ladies at the front desk weren't especially pleasant- asked me to sign in and they'd be with me shortly- didn't bother looking at me while talking to me but I guess when you have to say the same thing over and over you get that way. I was taken in about 20 mins past my appt time but was in and out for the actual xray. I like that you're able to access your results on their web site 👍
