Ami in rio grande gave me incorrect info. Told me I needed a pre Auth for an ultrasound. 2 weeks later my primary told me one wasn't needed. Called ami in CMCH 1/26/26 & they wouldn't accept the imaging order from my MD preventing me from getting an ultrasound of the lesion on my kidney. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES.
