Oh, where do I begin? Keep track of appointments; don't argue with patients in the waiting room about why their appointment was supposedly cancelled; honor the reminder email shown by the patient at the time, not AN HOUR LATER when offering to "fit them in". So unprofessional and discourteous. No, I am not a new patient. I've had several diagnostic tests performed here but will NOT use this group again. Waiting over an hour after scheduled appointment time on top of being early as requested.. Working in the medical field I understand things happen but this isn’t the first time. Completely over this place.
