I have been having scans there for many years. Always on time always prepared always wait longer than needed because they are always running late. I may never return after a recent visit with arrival time miscommunicated. I truly believe some of the techs are in need of sensitivity training I will be contacting corporate offices with the way I was treated during a recent visit.
