Super nice staff. Office is very clean with lots of seats in waiting room to choose from. Tip: if you’re traveling east on 37, you get off Mule Road and make a left onto 37 W. There are two lanes that you can make a left onto 37, make sure you’re in the one farthest to the right because as soon as you turn left on 37 you make a right into the parking lot. I was in the left-hand turn lane and a nice woman let me over so I could turn into the parking lot.
From reception to techs, they were very nice. This is the second time I’ve been here. Both times a great experience.
They keep sending me texts that there is an earlier appt available. As soon as I get the text, I open it. Then, it says the date is no longer available. EVERY TIME...
I am extremely claustrophobic and The only MRI that I had had in my life, I had three attempts and I had to be sedated. Unfortunately, with this MRI, I could not be sedated. I explained to Deana That when I went into the room, I would not look at the machine. She said absolutely fine. I then asked for a mask she said, got it and then I asked for headphones and to play Taylor Swift and she said not a problem and then I asked if someone could stay in the room and hold my ankle.
