Prioritizing my health, I made the difficult decision to leave Atlantic Health System. While the medical staff were supportive of one another, I found scheduling a referral to a specialist impossible. That department is challenging to speak with; they always seem to win. Can’t get a real person on the phone? Have to listen to Atlantic infomercial then push one push 2 ( hard to do on car phone) then machine puts you on hold you wait and wait then they ask after all that if you want a call Back I say yes wait 45 minutes no call back I leave to go to store than they call back after I left house
Aren't Google reviews that are SO different, SO confusing? I gave this group and Dr. Mesrobian a try for an annual wellness visit (physical). Very professional and polite team. They seem to have their system down very well with the entire process of scheduling, checking-in the patient, then Dr. Mesrobian herself, then a thorough explanation about all scheduled tests/bloodwork at the front desk before leaving.
