Good luck waiting for a call back. I waited one week for a callback and never got called back. And when I did call back after five days, they still said they would get back to me and no one ever did. I’m ready to change doctors. And because of the no call back, I lost a lot of money on a vacation. I was supposed to go on that I couldn’t go on. Nobody wants to deal with the doctors office that doesn’t get back to you and this was a life and death situation.
I have been going here for over a year. In that short time their care team has helped me lose 100lb, get my cholesterol, liver and blood sugar in optimal health, lower my blood pressure and generally add to my well being. I also found out in that time I needed to have my gall bladder removed and they referred me to a wonderful Surgeon who had the hands and surgical touch of an angel. Prioritizing my health, I made the difficult decision to leave Atlantic Health System. While the medical staff were supportive of one another, I found scheduling a referral to a specialist impossible. That department is challenging to speak with; they always seem to win. Sadly, the scheduling department is happy to win. Everyone here has always been kind, friendly and helpful towards me. That said, I treat everyone with respect and empathy— it goes a long way!
