I’ve had a great experience recently at the Boonton location. Barely any wait time, maybe 0 to 5 minutes. Dr. Levy is knowledgeable, professional, and has a really comforting presence. I felt at ease during my two recent visits and definitely trust her as my doctor moving forward. She’s also responsive on MyChart, which is a big plus for me. Don’t let the mixed reviews scare you off. It’s a thumbs up for me.
My providers were great but lately it's been difficult getting an appointment even for a simple physical which is always a month or more out. Looks like their schedule is less limited to the times doctor are available now.
Dr. Ricks is a fine physician. He is complete and has no problem referring me to appropriate specialists when needed. Very caring and is a good communicator
I left my main PCP after the pandemic cause things were just ran chaotically, and found Boonton Primary that is connected with Atlantic Health and thought having my history and records be synced would be good. The nursing staff is great, but the doctors with which have become so busy that if it's a sick visit good luck seeing anyone, or they want you to drive an hour and a half to another location.
