Always have a great experience at the Boonton location. The online portal is very informative and easy to access. Any follow up questions are always prompt and complete. Dr. Ricks and his entire staff are always responsive. Responses and reports are available online.
I’ve had a great experience recently at the Boonton location. Barely any wait time, maybe 0 to 5 minutes. Dr. Levy is knowledgeable, professional, and has a really comforting presence. I felt at ease during my two recent visits and definitely trust her as my doctor moving forward. She’s also responsive on MyChart, which is a big plus for me. Don’t let the mixed reviews scare you off. It’s a thumbs up for me.
My providers were great but lately it's been difficult getting an appointment even for a simple physical which is always a month or more out. Looks like their schedule is less limited to the times doctor are available now.
Dr. Ricks is a fine physician. He is complete and has no problem referring me to appropriate specialists when needed. Very caring and is a good communicator
