My husband has been a loyal patient to this office for twenty years. This week he was informed by the office that he was no longer allowed to be accepted as a patient because his insurance wasn't paying the invoices. After a couple calls, he found out that Atlantic Health was not submitting the claims correctly, which is why they weren't paid. Always have a great experience at the Boonton location. The online portal is very informative and easy to access. Any follow up questions are always prompt and complete. Dr. Ricks and his entire staff are always responsive. Responses and reports are available online.

I’ve had a great experience recently at the Boonton location. Barely any wait time, maybe 0 to 5 minutes. Dr. Levy is knowledgeable, professional, and has a really comforting presence. I felt at ease during my two recent visits and definitely trust her as my doctor moving forward. She’s also responsive on MyChart, which is a big plus for me. Don’t let the mixed reviews scare you off. It’s a thumbs up for me.
