The doctors are nice but the other day I came in with a fractured bone and they didn’t put it in a cast, the next day I went to a different hospital and was told that my fracture got even worse than before due to it not being secured well enough
I have been going here for years and I absolutely love the doctors, but unfortunately in order to see the doctors you need to talk to the people who answer the phones. I got to speak with a woman who answered the phone and obviously doesn't want to be there. She has a crazy attitude, disrespectful, and literally told me to "go on google" when I asked a question. It's such a shame that this place with awesome doctors is ruining your experience because of terrible customer service.
This week I requested my medication 4 times Oct. 4, 7, 8 & 9th through their MyChart website and called three times and it’s still hasn’t been refilled. When I first called on 10/9 a young lady there promised to call me back within 20 mins and NOTHING! Today I called again, filled with so much frustration and emotion that I could hardly talk! They need to train their receptionist better I called to make an appt showed up on time just for them to tell me it was an hour before I asked them to show me a recording of the call so they could see if was not my mistake and they refused, they also refused to see me. It’s time to find a new doctor I guess
