Incredible team of doctors and nurses who truly care. After asking around for recommendations, everyone recommended Dr Lavaia and Dr Graci to us. We started taking our son here from when he was a newborn and every single visit we have been met with care and consideration from these incredible doctors and nurses. Everyone goes out of their way to help and is very thorough. We cannot recommend them enough! Thank you for all you do!
Just after 3 visits.. we are already considering look for other doctor. Doctors are fine & nice but, just like most of reviews here their staffs are really rude. 1. This one time this male staff yelled at me over the phone. 2. This yellow hair black lady had no clue why we were there and finally figured it out with her co worker's help 3. Just like other bad reviews here. Doctors are fine. But the staffs? They have some issues .. why are they trying to pick up a argument? Every time? we used to call them a super heroes but, there is too many homelanders now. Someone from hospital should read these reviews and do something about it.
The doctors are really wonderful but the situation with scheduling and the attitude of the front desk staff is abysmal
Today my baby has his second appointment, Ladys in front Desk ( Yisel & Maleisha) had been so kind and helpful with all the questions as a new mom that am I. Dr Maria is amazing, she is so lovely with my baby, explains everything to me. I am so happy with the office.
