Terrible company. They do not honor or fullfill their warranty obligations. Our diamond Brite in the pool started peeling after 4 years. Whenever we call the company it goes to voicemail. The one time i did reach a human, they told me that the manufacturer SGM covers the warranty. When we called SGM they stated our warranty was never sent to them by Atlantic Marcite. We have been trying for 2 months to get Atlantic Marcite to return our call so that we may obtain a warranty number from them for our pool.
They did a awsom job!!!! The pool looks great, I want to get a salt system shortly but right now way to expensive :/, any ways I am happy :)
Buyer Beware! Their C- rating and 49 complaints with the BBB should have tipped me off, but I contacted SGM only to learn that Atlantic Marcite is no longer allowed to purchased Diamond Brite due to the excessive amount of pool failures they produced. I choose to go with a quality company over one that lied to my face about using real Diamond Brite. Shame on you Atlantic Marcite! Shame on you Neil!

The BEST!!!! – I LOVE MY POOL!!! The design that Neil created for my backyard is extraordinary. Words cannot describe the look that it gives off. The vanishing edge idea was brilliant, When you are sitting in my pool it looks like it is has a constant flow into the intercostal. This was the best idea one could ever imagine. Love the job – Atlantic just finished my house in parkland. My wife and I are extremley happy with the job the staff did. I am not a member of Atlantic but if I was i would sue that "former owner" who is slandering this company with false statements. They did a great job and I would recommend them to my friends and family.
I love it – This was one of the best experiences I've had in Florida with a service provider! I made the appointment to have someone come out to take a look at my pool which needed complete refinishing. I had called a few other companies for the same estimate before Atlantic Marcite so I think I had a real basis of comparison. They were on time for the initial appointment. Nice Job – Fantastic job on my project. I have been recomending this company for the past 7 years to my friends and family. In South Florida it is hard enough to find good contractors, Atlantic has done plenty of my homes in the past, I work for century 21 and it has been a honor to recommend them to my customers as well. I would suggest all the slandering be stoped, If i were them I would take care of this, it is rediculous what I see that goes on in the South Florida area. Great company
Looks Good! – Looks good to me. I told the supervisor that at the end of this project I wanted to write something nice on the web. The men were extremely nice and did a great job on my pool. Leroy explained to me the process and I felt extremely conformable while the pool was being renovated. As a homeowner I feel that is very important, mainly because of the Fraud going on out there.
