I must admit it, these guys are amazing! After reading a slew of positive comments, I was still not convinced. But Jeff from Atlantic Locksmith Store changed my mind for good! He was right on time, and charged me a very reasonable rate for rekeying all the locks to respond to a master key system. I didn’t know I had to pay a pittance for phenomenal services.. Trust me when I say this, Atlantic Locksmith Store is truly the best locksmith company in Cincinnati , OH! This isn’t something I’m saying after receiving a one-time good service from these guys. I made it quite clear that I couldn’t schedule another date if they missed this appointment. I was leaving for town the next morning and before I left, I needed a new lock on my front door. What an incredible guy! It barely took Tony ten minutes to fix my lock and get it running once again! My home was located in one of those remote, quiet areas in Cincinnati , OH and while the serenity was bliss, the cost I had to pay for it wasn’t. I had an appointment at 8 pm with Atlantic Locksmith Store for lock installation on my mailbox. A few minutes before the clock struck 8, the company’s rep called me up, informing me that the technician is on his way and will be five minutes late. I mean, who does that? I was once stuck outside in stormy weather waiting for a locksmith to arrive for hours and I didn’t get as much as an apology from the local company I’d hired then. Worth every penny I invested on my locks! They work like a charm and despite recently suffering an attack from an intruder, they stood their ground.
