Recently moved into new digs and needed my locks changed. Was hard not to go with these guys given the rave reviews. I called Locksmith Of Glendale CA , Gorge picked up, went over my options high security lock for $149 and cylinder change for $79. Seemed reasonable so made an appointment for the next morning. This is my second time already that I'd left my keys in the apt and the first time I call these guys. They answered the call promptly on a Sunday evening and the locksmith came in about 20 mins, sooner than I expected. He did quick work on my door and after a few jiggle: pop! The door opens. I'd like to write this review, not for services rendered; but, rather for excellent customer service, which we all know is a rarity these days. I spoke with Paul extensively about replacing a lock, and even exchanged picture messages (upon his suggestion) so that he could better assess my situation. The guy is very friendly. He did his profession job very well. He arrived early less than 40 minutes. It took him only a minute to pop my locked car to unlocked the door. Five stars. I moved from one part of Glendale, CA to another called these guys early Saturday afternoon to schedule an appointment. They sent someone out to me within 3 hours (I think his name was Mike - nice, professional guy). I needed to rekey some door locks and it was done quickly and for a fair price. We needed a deadbolt installed from scratch on a hollow metal door and metal frame and after looking around with no luck to have someone install the thing, Dave was all "no problem" and quoted a very fair price, So we go with Locksmith Of Glendale CA.
