They don’t deserve even 1 star because my finance bought a 2022 Hyundai Kona and they gave her a hard time about the 4+ hole in the trunk claiming they can prove she didn’t do it when she literally had the care for less then 15 hours. Then, we were hearing a noise while driving and when told that there is gash on the driver side front tire. Wayne the “Service Advisor” is rude, deceitful and unprofessional. He won’t identify himself on the phone and only talks to people who understand nothing about cars. He tells blatant fabrications that any layperson would know weren’t true and took advantage of our family. Deal with Wayne and Atlantic Hyundai and you’re next

I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before buying from Atlantic Hyundai. They make big promises about their warranty coverage, but when the time comes to actually use it, you’ll quickly find out it’s all smoke and mirrors. They will never honor the warranty in your favor. Instead, you’ll get the runaround, endless excuses, and absolutely no valid reasons for why your claim isn’t covered.
