Inspection filled with useless fluf yet missed major items. DO NOT USE!
Andy is extremely knowledgeable and provided us with a very thorough home inspection. He gave perspective on how long the deficiency would take to become a more critical issue for us to deal with. He used common language instead of trade speak to ensure my wife understood what we were talking about. He provided a very detailed and professional report. I would highly recommend Andy for your next home inspection.
My experience with this company was not good. This inspection had a major impact on my decision to purchase the home because I couldn’t receive any repairs from the seller due to the contract. Before I even moved in the home, there were major things I recognized that were missed had I known I wouldn’t have bought the home.
