What time is always too long?
Not enough service people. They're slow, but once they get to you customer services good.
They used to be great. I bought my first car here in 2015 and brought it to the service department for everything. Every visit was a great experience, and the prices were always reasonable. Unfortunately, since buying a new car in 2025, the service department has gone downhill. There is no reason a routine oil change should take nearly four hours.
