David came as part of a group of referrals from my buyer agent. I was calling from New Hampshire and calling about having an inspection of a home we were looking to purchase in Boynton Beach. VERY thorough, detailed and lengthy inspection. No surprises so it is a smooth closing. everyone is comfortable and confident. A huge bonus is the customer service from Dave and Phillip. (Unfortunately, a rarity nowadays.) Consultations continue after payment and inspection report. ATLANTIC is a family company, in business many years.. they will earn your trust, and you too, will want to write a ***** review!
This firm, has inspected 3 condos for me. Each time, they were thorough, efficient, honest and very good with their communications. Showed me what they were talking about and let me know if they thought what I needed to fix could wait ir not. My last inspection,#4, was excellent as usual, and I am buying this condo!
