We have used Dave and his son two times and I have to say he is extremely thorough! He really takes his time and looks over every single thing. Thank god for Dave…he saved us almost $50K had we taken a home that looked great from the outside. House was a disaster inside the walls…where it really matters. Dave and his Son are great. Professional, detailed oriented, punctual, if you want your inspection get it done fast and right I highly recommend them.
Dave and Phillip were an amazing team. They split up and got right to work going through the home with a fine tooth comb. They came in a day’s notice (which we were very lucky and appreciative for)! The inspection report was 58 pages long explaining everything we needed to know about the inspection and it was delivered same day!! Can’t say enough about these guys. We were very impressed.
Professional and extremely thorough. We ended up not moving forward with the home as a result of their findings and will use them again!
