David and his crew did a very thorough job of checking all of the electrical, plumbing, roof, insulation and other areas that needed to be checked out prior to us putting our hard-earned money into this property. We feel much more confidant knowing what we have to work with after receiving their report. It helped us get items addressed by the seller that we may otherwise have not realized needed to be fixed.
