Called in the morning a week ago because my AC wasn’t working. I was told that they would be over that afternoon to check it out. I never heard from them and they never came. I called them back before 5 PM to check in to see if they were still coming. No answer. I called several times the next day to see if they were still planning on coming. I left several messages and no one ever called me back. It’s been a week and I still haven’t heard from them. Needless to say I found someone else to fix my AC.

Our renters called to say their air stopped working so we called and they said they would be out that afternoon. 5 minutes goes by and our renter calls and says " wow they are here, im super impressed. And they fixed it right away. It was 85 degrees in the house! This is an awesome company and we have used them for 13 years. Can't beat the service.
