7/31 I walked in there for a DOT drug screen waited five minutes. two young girls walked out told me they don’t do DOT drug screen instead they sent me to South Plainfield location.
This review is nothing to do with quality because medical care is good, more reflecting on unjust billing: I chose to see this cardiac provider because he was in my tier 1 max savings with my insurance, however I got a $400 cardiac monitor bill from a different company outside of AH… and found out from my insurance that my monitor is considered under tier 3 (more out of pocket costs) without having informed me. They're honestly one of the most incompetent offices I've ever dealt with. They're extremely extremely slow in the way they run their office, and also have unhelpful, rude, and unprofessional staff working. In addition, Doctor Bowen has been nothing but unhelpful - also keep in mind she rushes you throughout your whole visit. Do not make an appointment here, you'll regret it.
