Came to the urgent case to get a diagnosis and sign-in/check-in process was simple and easy. When seeing the doctor/nurse practitioner, she neither examine me or check my my conditions outside of heart rate and breathing. Given the information I shared, I would have asssumed additional tests should have been ran to determine illness. There was no check on my throat despite me informing the nurse practitioner that it was bothering me. Super smooth visit for a drug test. Staff was efficient and kind. Kimberly was especially patient and caring, made the whole thing easy. Highly recommend.
The visit was very thorough. I received an accurate examination and any questions I had were answered clearly. I was treated very nicely. Everyone was kind and curtios and patient. I want to say thank you to the staff and doctor who handled my case! You are appreciated 💛.
